What we’ll ask (so we can quote accurately)

Is it a bee swarm, a hive, or a wasp nest?
Where is it located (eaves, tree, wall cavity, roof space, ground)?
Approximate height/access (ladder access, roof access, tight spaces)?
How active/aggressive is it and how long has it been there?
Any allergies in the household or high-risk areas (schools, public entry points)?

If you can safely do so, a photo from a distance is helpful — but don’t approach a nest closely.
